Lower Treave is a family run caravan and camping park providing touring caravan and camping pitches and caravan holiday homes for hire. Lower Treave is aware of the importance of accessibility to its customers and will do all it can to accommodate particular needs within the resources available to the business.

Lower Treave is on the bus route between Penzance and Lands End. Penzance is the co-located main terminus for bus, coach, taxi and rail services. Penzance is 6 miles from Lower Treave.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Car parking is available adjacent to the hire caravans and to each touring pitch. A limited amount of parking is available at the reception area to allow guests to check in prior to proceeding to their allocated area/accommodation. We are happy to assist guests between their cars and reception, or 'book in' at the vehicle if that is more convenient. Roads, tracks and pathways are surfaced in gravel. There is no kerbing. Rear access to vehicles is available. There are no traffic calming measures or speed bump. A gate restricts access dduring the quiet hours (2330-0730). Contact phone numbers are displayed externally. Dog water bowls are provided. Signs are clear and in plain English. An external bell calls staff to provide reception and other services. Assistance and porterage is available as required. All surfaces are gravel and well-lit. Two 200mm steps up to the reception with no hand rails.
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area
A small combined shop/reception area is provided. There are two 200mm steps up into the reception with no handrails. Staff are happy to assist customers throughout the registration/booking in process.
Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc
There are no formal public areas.
There is a small laundry facility with standard domestic arrangements.
The shop is co-located with the reception. Personal assistance is available at all shop opening times.
Caravans, Holiday Homes & Twin Units
Parking is next to all units. Access is via a decked area with two 200mm steps which are hand railed. Caravans are standard units with domestic fixtures and fittings. No additional access facilities are provided.
Touring Facilities (Holiday Parks)
A shower and toilet block is within 100m of all touring unit pitches. Standard facilities are available. Access is via 3 225mm steps. Pitches are for the most part grass with a limited number of hardstandings (gravel) available. Ground is gently sloping or terraced level.
Fire procedures are clearly signposted and staff help will be available in the event of an emergency. Service dogs are permitted. No smoking policies are in force in line with Government legislation.
